Yoga & Meditation Playlist

Being a yoga extremist most of my life, I’ve heard a lot of music and soundtracks to listen to during poses and meditation.  Over the years, however I started to get really familiar with the songs and artists.  I want to share with you a collection of 10 of my favorite songs that will get you through about 30-40 minutes of yoga or meditating.  Whichever you prefer!

Words to Live By

Don’t ever change who you are, but continuously strive to better yourself.  I would like to share with you 7 great pieces of advice we have learned along the way.

1. Be at peace with your past.  Resentment will hold you prisoner.

2. Forget what anybody else thinks.  It does not and should not affect you in any way.

3. Time heals all wounds.  Take a deep breath and be patient.

4. Nobody except for yourself is in control of your feelings.  You make you happy.  No exceptions.

5. Never compare yourself to anybody, you have no idea what their life is all about.

6. It is ok not to know everything, stop trying to figure it all out.

7. Relax, all the problems in the world are not yours to fix.
